Hobbies

I won't lie to you, I am a computer geek! Have been since I was very little.  But it's paid off nicely, though!  Besides web surfing, coding or web spinning, I do have a few other hobbies.  I love to swim and cycle, when I get the opportunity to.   I enjoy a good meal, and Jennifer and I are always up for one, at home or out.   When we're at home, I'm the cook and I have a great time doing it.

So Jennifer has one party with the girls and I cater it.  Now I'm the Emeril of Somerset County.  Truth is, I can't cook anything simple.  It has to be seasoned, shaped,   garnished and arranged correctly before it's fit for my table.  You'll think I'm a little eccentric about my cooking, but I think it makes all the difference.

Live on Emeril Live

Jennifer and I got the opportunity to see Emeril Live in January 2001.  The show will premier February 25, 2001 at 8:00 p.m.  The them is Cuban cooking.  You'll definitely see a close-up of Jennifer, and maybe even see me behind her.  We're on the left hand side of the stage, against the wall.

One Word: Sushi

So where do we go when we go out?  For Sushi of course!  Jennifer and I have been going to our home away from home, Shumi Japanese Restaurant, for almost as long as we've been together.  If you've tried sushi and didn't like it, most likely you went to a place that sucked!  Whether it's a special occasion or just dinner out, there's nothing like a night at Shumi.

Our latest passion is Thai food.  As things would have it, The owner's wife of Srianong Thai Kitchen used to work at Shumi.

My Better Half

You should all have pity on Jennifer Pyzik, the poor soul who has stayed with me since 1988. Seriously, Jennifer and I couldn't be more happy. We just got married on September 11, 1998 at the PNC Arts Center. (No not the whole thing, just the reception center :) You can find tons of info about the wedding on the site as well as my lovely bride.
